Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with implant treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for implants will be charged at an additional cost. Appointments are subject to availability. In the event that Rainham Dental & Implant Clinic is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Rainham Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment.
